What's Hoisin sauce?
ReplyDeleteWhere can I buy it? Para naman hindi lang steam ang broccoli ko :P
sis, you can buy hoisin sauce in the supermarket. its made by Lee Kum Kee i think. so you'll find it in the same rack as oyster sauce, etc. it is like an oyster sauce in terms of color but thicker and is placed in a jar.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know you need ketchup in tonkatsu. Interesting... =)
ReplyDelete^yes sis, just mix equal parts of ketchup and worcestershire sauce and you'll get the tonkatsu sauce :)
